Fees
The type and amount of the fees charged to the client will be negotiated on a case by case basis, and are based on the complexity of the client’s financial situation and the scope of services to be provided. An estimate of the total cost will be determined at the start of the advisory relationship.
SDM assesses an hourly rate of $15o for consulting related services and/or modular financial planning. SDM requires payment of an initial fee of 50% of the estimated fee in advance of services rendered, with the balance due on presentation of the completed financial plan. Additional and/or other fee arrangements may be established depending on the amount of time required to complete the requested services. Plans may range from $300 to $3,000.
Estimated time to prepare a plan:
- Simple fact finding plan- one (1) to two (2) hours
- Simple fact finding with goals- three (3) to six (6) hours
- Comprehensive Plan – ten(10) to fifteen (15) hours
- Comprehensive Plan with implementation – twenty (20) hours
Our Asset Management Fee for individuals is as follows:
